New feature: interactive layoff charts

Feature announcement: interactive charts

Our charts feature is now interactive - drag on the time series to zoom in on any time between 1988-present and see how layoffs trends are changing.

By default, the chart is set to year-on-year so that you can easily see layoffs over the last few years. Once you drag to zoom, the chart x-axis defaults to month-on-month

Finally we implemented buttons for "View last 12 months" and "Reset zoom" so you can quickly view the most recent year's trends.
